Bioplastic Cooking WorkshopStedelijk Museum Amsterdam, November 2019
Bioplastic Cooking Workshop held as part of the Rethinking Bauhaus Symposium at the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam. In this interactive performance, I took on the role of the chef, guiding participants through the process of creating their own bioplastics. Attendees mixed a bioplastics recipe of their choice, while I prepared the bioplastic on-site. Once cooked, the bioplastics were served to participants, who were then invited to decorate and season their creations, adding their personal touch to the material.

The workshop fostered a hands-on, participatory exploration of sustainable materials, encouraging participants to engage with bioplastics in a playful yet educational way. This unique experience combined creativity, performance, and sustainability, offering a tangible opportunity to rethink how we interact with and consume materials.
